On 2nd July 2014, Guangzhou Elizabeth Women’s Hospital signed cooperation protocol framework with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University(hereinafter referred to as TAHGMU). As a private hospital, Elizabeth has become the first one which started a new type of cooperation with public hospitals, sharing the abundant medical resources.

As a maternity hospital, Elizabeth is not capable of dealing with severe or critical obstetrical and gynecological cases due to its limited resources. While this demerit will no longer be the reason for the hospital to turn down those pregnant women with complications.
