On November 27th, Guangzhou Elizabeth Women’s Hospital welcomed the annual medical inspection from the Liwan District Health and Family Planning Ministry. The inspection team of which was leaded by Mr. Yang Guo Qiu, who with his team conducted the 2015 annual inspection of Elizabeth’s medical treatment and nursing quality under the company of the executive dean Zhu Xiao Xin and the department managers.

The inspection team was divided into 4 groups: Medical Treatment Quality Management, Nursing Quality Management, Medication Management and Infection Control Management. Each commenced thorough scrutiny of Elizabeth’s validity and quality of practicing medicine, the implementation of regulations and policies, ICU Procedures and Planning, medication management and Infection Control Management. Meanwhile, the groups took random interview with several patients who were receiving diagnosis, in regard of their comments on GZ Elizabeth Women’s Hospital.

After the inspection groups finished their check, they held a feedback conference at Elizabeth’s meeting room on 5th floor. In the conference, the inspection groups confirmed their approval of Elizabeth’s medical teams, quality management, medical service and hospital’s environment. They also indicated the issues found and improvement advice, which the executive dean Zhu Xiao Xin highly signified.
